Our payor collaborations are designed to support through payer incentive, for our eligible practices that achieve prescribed quality measures and provide care that is patient centered and cost-effective. Incentive payments are earned over and above your fee-for-service payments.  CSMS-IPA provides population health tools for payor program and supports use of payor tools.  Participation at the time of payment is required in order to be eligible to earn quality or bonus incentive payments.
