Christopher M. Cannon, MSN, MPH, MBA, is the Chief Administrative Officer of the CSMS-IPA.  Christopher is a senior healthcare leader with advanced degrees in nursing, public health and business administration. His experience includes inpatient and ambulatory services administration in large academic medical centers, value-based healthcare insurance programs, physician practice development and operations, and best-practice clinical consulting with both private and governmental organizations.

Kara Moonan, DNP, APRN, PNP-BC is our Physician Network Clinical Manager. Kara is a dedicated provider with experience working across multiple healthcare settings including FQHCs, homecare, educational systems, residential settings, as well as primary care practices.  Kara has worked as a primary care provider for many years and understands the challenges faced by clinicians to provide high quality and comprehensive care to their patients.  Kara in addition, to her clinical role has also supported many organizations in pursuing best practices, improved workflows, and expanding integrated healthcare sservice.

Fiorina recently joined CSMS-IPA in October 2021 as the LPN Clinical Specialist.  She brings over 13 years of diverse healthcare knowledge and expertise including several years employed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and has worked in specialty practice and primary care settings.  She is motivated to drive value-based care initiatives and to continue to collaborate with independent providers to achieve the goal of patient success and improved outcomes.

Pattie has thirty eight years combined service with the CSMS-IPA and the Connecticut State Medical Society (CSMS). Pattie’s knowledge of the organizations and physician network lends to her ability to be a resource for the IPA physicians and liaison between the varieties of organizations in the health care market place. Pattie enjoys applying her organizational skills to support CSMS-IPA physicians and management in planning various organizational events in a statewide capacity. In addition, Pattie is responsible for corporate office functions including accounts receivable and payable and legal document coordination.

Cindy is the Physician Network Coordinator for the CSMS-IPA administratively supporting healthcare over her career including sales and marketing. Cindy support to IPA physicians and their practices in key areas related to documentation and program requirements.  She also supports physician practice in network support for payers exceeding quality outcome

Evens is  the CSMS-IPA as the Database Coordinator, a motivated and organized IT professional with experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing business process improvements. He has an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology and a Certification in Web development. Evens  provide impeccable customer service and through his expertise of IT functions and processes delivers timely support to the IPA physicians networks.
