Overall Responsibilities:
  • Develop pilot programs for identification of 'best care practices' and publish results to IPA physicians.
  • Oversee the Disease Management activities of Health Plan partners and develop mechanism to monitor the quality of the initiatives of current and future vendors.
  • Interface with the Health Plan and IPA committees on recommendations related to clinical care guidelines and standards of care as well as the monitoring of physicians' use of these directives.
  • Assess the need to maintain efficient processes by streamlining the IPA network database, developing and hosting educational forums and promoting the highest standard of care through quality initiatives.
