One of the responsibilities of the CSMS-IPA Clinical Care Management Committee (CCMC) is the review of evidence based guidelines for the more common chronic conditions encountered in practice. Adhering, when appropriate, to evidence based guidelines promotes best care practice and results in improved health care quality and lower costs.
