Overall Responsibilities:
  • Receive periodic updates from all IPA committees and provide oversight to key issues delegated to the committee by the Board of Directors.
  • Responsible for overall Network Performance and Management.
  • Develop overall strategies for the IPA, including but not limited to education, legal, networks, new business opportunities and fiscal objectives.
  • Delegated by the Board of Directors to serve as the negotiating committee for the organization, as well as oversight committee for the IPA Pay for Performance program.
