The IPA maintains a robust Physician Directed Committee structure to
ensure ongoing strategic review and development of IPA programs and
processes. Each committee has specific goals and objectives and
reports key activities and findings to the IPA Board of Directors on a
regular basis. Additionally, the IPA, through agreements with
Health Net, maintains representation on key Plan operations
committees. This representation ensures that the decisions of
the IPA Board are properly communicated and implemented at the Plan
level as well as providing a forum for effective input, comment, and
recommendations regarding Plan policies and programs.
